An 18th-century Ethiopian pendant icon of wood and pigment with a metal hinge (12.1 x 7.9 cm), painted with Saint George on horseback and the Virgin and Child enthroned. Gift of Mrs. DeWitt Wallace to the Met in 1968 (68.128).
