Photo 13.6 Vegetation in the Addi Qolqwal exclosure. The tree in the centre of both photos is Acacia etbaica which is surrounded mainly by Dodonaea angustifolia shrubs. Both photos were taken on the same day during the short spring rains (16 April 2016); the two sites are 200 m apart, and the only difference is absence (left) or presence of spate irrigation (right).
