English translation

Rbbm and ʾfʿ those of the clan of Ms²ʿrn and ʾs¹dm of Dnmm leaders and kabirs of their tribe ḏ-Hmdn and their camp Trym, when they raised the dam of Mrb with their tribes Ḥs²dm, Bklm, the arabs of S¹fln, Ṣdn and ʾẓrfn. in the name of Rḥmnn, the Lord of the heavens and the earth, and with the help of their lord, the king Abraha, king of Sabaʾ, ḏu-Raydān, Ḥaḍramawt, Ymnt and their Arabs of Ṭwdm and of Thmt, Rmḥs³, in the name of Rḥmnn, the King; with the help of their lords ʿbt, Nmrn, Mrṯdʾl those of Hmdn and S¹ʾrn in order to He grant them a decent life and satisfactory for Rḥmnn.
